Returns & Exchanges
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return or exchange. To be eligible, your item must be:
- Unused and in its original, unworn condition.
- In its original packaging with all tags, certificates (like diamond certifications), and protective materials intact.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g., your order confirmation or receipt).
Please note: For hygiene reasons and the unique nature of custom pieces, engraved items, or items that have been altered after delivery, these are generally non-returnable and non-refundable unless faulty.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
How to Initiate a Return
